REGISTRATION & PAYMENT PROCESS:

 Phase 1: Deposit equivalent to 50% of tour price/pax.

TOUR CANCELLATION TERMS:

• In case you are refused a visa, the non-refundable fee is VND 3,000,000.
• According to the regulations of the Japanese Consulate, after being granted a Japanese visa for any reason, you do not join the group, the company is responsible for canceling your issued visa with the Japanese Consulate before sending it back. passport back to you.
• After getting the visa result, the company will keep the original passport of the guest until the tour departure date.

PHASE OF DISCLOSURE TOUR

•  If you cancel the tour right after the Embassy or Consulate has issued a visa: The cost of a tour cancellation is 100% of the tour deposit/guest.
•  If the tour is canceled before 14 days of departure: The cost of a tour cancellation is 50% of the tour price/per person.
•  If the tour is canceled from 14-07 days before the departure date: The tour cancellation cost is 70% of the tour price/per person.
•  If the tour is canceled within 06 - 03 days before the departure date: The tour cancellation cost is 90% of the tour ticket price/person.
•  If the tour is canceled after the above time: The cost of a tour cancellation is 100% of the tour fare/person.

Note: The tour cancellation time is calculated for working days, excluding Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays, and Tet.

•  According to the nature of the group, if the number of guests does not reach the minimum of 15 adults, the company will negotiate to transfer you to another departure date or refund the deposit (after deducting the visa fee).
